Worst services...Despite their initial assurance of a specific delivery date, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. It is highly unprofessional to set expectations and then blatantly disregard them, especially when customers rely on the timely arrival of their packages.

Person is rudely talking towards customer. They never do delivery, they they always make excuses if you call and they will send it back. It's not a delivery service more of a pick up from our office service.
