DO NOT USE THEM, INSTEAD USE OTHER LOCAL CARRIER A49088267- Accepted on 5th and provided incorrect tracking number & till 8th Feb it was with them, post follow up it was sent with new tracking number. 12th Feb it was out for delivery in Pune, however it was rescheduled and was delivered on 14th Feb. Surat to Mumbai took 10 days and 8-9 calls and follow up with Surat, Head office and Pune, still not on time. They charge higher then others and we think they would be professional with their work compared, but they too are same, i would say worst then others smaller ones, who at least take ownership and want to grow. Request to Avoid using them, specially the customer service team is of no use, they have standard reply, which means "We D not care once Business is done"

Very unprofessional behaviour because I have tracked my order and it was in Surat branch on 5 November but after three days also they haven't delivery my important parcel.They don't have courtesy to answers the call.They are pretending as if they only have festival and they to celebrate with their family.we are also do same thing that's why we send or receive parcel on through DTDC but they are delivering the parcel.
