MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER. We cant even say courier service, as there is no service. Our parcel left Bangalore on 4th and on 11th they call and say to come and collect it from their office on 12th. Who are these people?? Gunda behavior while on call, was very rude on the phone with my wife. Absolutely no courtesy, no empathy, no service and no courier even. MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The only thing professional is their name. People and Service are the worst in this case.

There is professionalism only in their name. They deliver items only in places near to their office and not to other places even 2-3 kms from their office. We need to spend additional time and money to get the item collected for which we have already paid the courier charges. When asked why they are accepting at the first place if they can't deliver, they threaten to send it back. And no, this is not specific to chembumukku, i had the same experience with them in my hometown also. Now i tell everyone not to send via professional. Hands down the worst courier company in kerala
