Staffs are very rude to customers. They say they will not do home delivery even if I paid for home delivery. They use a threatening tone to tell me they will reroute the package to a farther fecility and then the package will be taking more than a couple of days again to arrive, so it is better that I go to their office to collect the package. Initially I told they must deliver to home even if they have to send it via a different route, but later same day I went to collect the item. To my surprise, they already crushed my package! These are really "Unprofessional couriers".

This company doesn't even know how to differentiate from and to address. They sent back an urgent document back to the sender. Won't even take responsibility for your courier. Always playing the blame game and they ask your to call everywhere else. Tracking system doesn't work properly. Even they couldn't track my parcel. And the office people tend to scream at you and tell it's not their fault and they force you to call customer care if they can't track or find the parcel. Worst ever.

They denied home delivery and inform to collect the consignment from their office, even after I had paid for home delivery. As per him the consignment will be returned If you are not ready to collect from their office. Try other courier service or postal dept
