Poor experience. As i use this courier service to send some items to ootty. After 1 week i understand that this item not yet delivered to concerned party. So i check with this company & as per them item still in cochin because there employees are on strike.

Unprofessional couriers They do not deliver the courier to your location, not even near it. You have to go to their office and pick up the parcel. They have been claiming g staff shortage as the reason for the past 2 years for this but I think it's because they just don't care. India post gives better service than them
