I ordered a watch from a website and the product reached the nearest hub in my location before 3 days. But till now they are not delivered the product. They don't even add the contact number of the office or anything. If we call the customer care number the reply was "you oder has been reached the nearest hub, you'll receive the order with in 24 hours" this was same reply for last 3 days. Worst service ever.

The most pathetic courier service i ever used. The product have arrived at their office one week back and I get all day "out of delivery" message but i didn't get the item. I have directly visit the office and saw there are tons of boxes pending the be delivered when i inquired they told the delivery boy was sick 🤣. Please stay away from this kind of scams and use good services.

Note at all professional. I had to collect an item at their office. While waiting there I saw that they are dumping all items down while searching. When I opened the package at home ,the tins were damaged. I waited for 2 weeks for that item. They were giving lame excuses for the delay.
