Very unprofessional. They say one thing in the beginning and do the other in the end. Very bad behaviour and way overpriced and also take advantage of people's situation. No consideration of people's situation and also threaten to not do any work unless and until they're given full advance payment. If you try to contact them regarding any issue with payment or billing they'll keep asking you to call one another saying they don't know and to contact the other executive who says the same thing to contact the driver. No proper way of conducting business and very unprofessional.

Very bad Experience. Send few boxes from Noida to Cochin on 20/10/2020 12:00:00 AM. But they move the material from Noida only on 22/10/2020 03:14:05 PM after the escalation from my side. Last 3 days material in Tamil Nadu State not move to Kerala. They provide only toll free number to contact them. They are not providing correct details or comment about delivery / reason for delay. Due to this i lost my business. Really bad Experience.

Pathetic service by this particular branch , haven’t faced issues from other branches(Vijawada , Trivandrum).Safe express has a reputation of providing good services ,and trustworthy. Its my third time using the services from various cities but Kochi branch has been pathetic, my consignment has been received at hub , which is just 5 km from the delivery location ,was there for two days but wasn’t delivered, called twice the customer for escalating the same but in vain.
