Very impolite ,abusive and aggressive staff.They usually engage into arguments and disrespect the customers. If you raise concern about their unsatisfactory service they get violent at you.

Must be the worst Courier Service in India. If they fail to deliver on one day they do not attempt to deliver again. Their Customer Service people blocks your number after one attempt and you cannot contact them again.

Give star for employees and one for the company. The employee were hardworking, helpful and friendly. Willing to go a beyond to provide service. The company is just a pile of trash. They seemed to have worked hard to create convoluted processes to make everyone's life miserable. Including employees. The worst part is that every crooked e commerce website uses their services cause they might be cheap. There is nothing a buyer can do about it

3rd Class delivery service. Not fit for 1star rating also. Can't process a simple request of fast delivery. Just giving false excuses. No commitment towards their work. Irresponsible employees. After the order reaches guwahati hub have to wait 2-3 days for delivery. Still waiting for the order to get delivered. Just closed your organization. There are many better delivery partners.
