I had booked two shipments to Banjara hills in hyderabad on different dates. The first shipment was delayed and no reason was provided. We came to the conclusion that there is something really problematic. We coerced the agent to deliver. This person, called the addressee and told him that he was on the main road and he needed to come to pick it up. The addressee went and collected. After four days, same addressee, another shipment, same issue. This time again the person called and the addressee said to return the shipment. However, this time it was home delivered. The reason given by the delivery boy is that the road is not good so i cannot come. However, it is road under repair. All other agencies are reaching out but this person was absolutely ridiculing the service.
