Pathetic service and extremely unprofessional behaviour. The lady sitting in the office is very arrogant and needs to learn how to talk to people who take the courier services. DTDC should seriously think on closing this branch as they are not professional at all. Don't screw the name of DTDC courier with your third class service. High time learn how to deliver the package without frustrating the customer's. If you cannot than Close the shop. I will talk to DTDC main branch highly disappointed and share my Pathetic experience.
