Ive sent a Parcel from DTDC cochin to Andhra Pradesh and after 5 days the Parcel arrived with rats in the parcel box and the Products values around 5000/- was eaten by the RATS !! careful when you pick your Parcel service.

My experience from DTDC collection centre in North Railway Station road was excellent. Well mannered, & polite. There was an error in the docket receipt & the address written on the packet. Instead of Kollam the docket receipt showed Pathanamthitta. I called up & I received the reply that they have identified the mistake and had sent my package to Kollam. It was received & stunned by experiencing good services. Hats off to the Team DTDC. Keep it up.
