Few people in staff are good but rest of the them are worst. I don't think so they have knowledge about what they are doing and educated. Please bring multiple copy of documents. They will tell you to bring new xerox for no reason.

If you want early/fast your passport then please don't take appointment in any Post office Passport seva kendra because it may be received after a month or 2 as per Passport regional office of Gujarat they said that because of not available of counter C in any post psk it is delaying so things before applying. Staff is very good but after appointment service is very slow.

First staff have so much attitude. Whenever someone ask about anything that they don't know at that time.. Person who done verification.. His attitude is very rude... They need to behave well and another thing is staff must be change... It was awful experience to visit this office... Specially staff bcoz they act like someone force them to do their duty that....another thing is, it doesn't matter what is your reporting time.. They give priority their relatives... And i suggest each and every person just don't ever visit this negative place specially Staff.. Try to visit baroda passport office it is very well done.

Due to these type of Scrimshanker govt. workers, India is not be able to grow compare to other countries. Working professionals should always keep in mind that they are payed to provide service truly, not to be angry and express their attitude. If someone is asking any query, he should guide that individual and try to solve that at the moment.
