A must place for every citizen in this area. They should change their entrance staircase. Waiting area is too small. We understand as a government entity it would take time but there is a scope for improvement. Staff is good.

Please mention it in the form that on the flip side you need to write sender information. Give some space to do so. After standing in the queue for 10 minutes they say I have to wire my information and stand in queue again. Wasted 10 more minutes for it. Staff is actually helpful. But rules need to be better. :-)
