Very worst experience.Send baggages of books weight 35Kg from Siwan to Delhi.They told that it take 7 days to reach bt actually it took 18 days.When I tried to contact them,they avoid my call.Then I call their Patna center they told "mujhe siwan wale ne paisa nhi diya hai,isliye nhi bhejenge" and he kept my baggages for 10 days.I tried to call thier customer care number after 2 days of trying somehow my call got connected & they told that I m not responsible "aap jaha se bheje hai usse baat kijiye".....this is the kind of services they are giving.....

If I I could give stars in Minus I would do it. I genuinely hate this courier service if you want your parcel safe and sound and you need it urgently or whatever DON'T USE THIS SITE, such a pathetic experience I had. It was given that my parcel would be delivered by 18 but it's been more than a week and when I call they don't want to entertain. They should close their company, it's nothing but a headache.

Horrible delivery service, they will not even inform consumers, like your packages arrive and need to collect. Home delivery 📦 for your parcel is not available. Recipient need to track and collect their parcel by own.
