Worst logistics in Kerala. They outsource their work to courier services without consulting whether they deliver it to the customer. My experience with Sreee maruti Ernakulam had been worse. It all started on June 23rd with a courier from an online shopping site. They had posted it on 23rd but till today the 9th of July I have not received my product. No updates. Mind you this is a place in Kottayam which is hardly 2hrs from the place of sending the courier. If they cannot manage such short distance parcels how can they claim to be the best service in this field. Please don't dare to give anything thorough them, you will loose your sanity after contacting them personally for more than 3 weeks.

Pathetic service. I placed an order with a company in Cochin, and they chose to offer 'home delivery' through this UNprofessional courier service. The person who spoke on behalf of this courier service, who is very arrogant, said they do not provide home delivery even if the place is within the city limits.

Really bad. Got the delivery after 3 days of it reaching the final delivery centre and the delivery guy was rude. The worst courier service I’ve ever experienced.

Pathetic service. Not delivering to major landmarks. This courier service is located at Nagampadom and I asked them to deliver at Chavittuvari junction, which is 3 km away, that too in the MC road. But they said, they don't have delivery to that place. Considering today's situation where anyone can get their things delivered at their doorstep, I wonder how companies like this survive.

Pathetic service. If I could give zero stars,I will .paid 100 rs as courier charge and these people doesn't even deliver to my home which is just 10 minutes from their office. When I called them, they were extremely rude and spoke in a very unprofessional way. Second time I called, they didn't attend seeing my number which I got to know coz immediately they attended when I called from another number. Such fraudsters! Horrible!
