Office was quiet clean and tidy. Reach before 12pm if you are posting through speed post. Parking space is also available. Staff was a little slow (in some matters) , but rest is fine.

I went for speed post and the system were too slow. Also I had one post for foreign country but there is no guidline about foreign post. When i went on counter then they told me to paste adhar card copy on my envelop and then i had to went again in line. When i asked on counter 2 to put some details notice for foreign post his reply was mam kis kis cheej ka notice lagaye. And then when i said that it will be easy and dubara line m nahe lagna padega he said nahe lag sakta. I don't know were to complaint about this so i am writing my experience.

Dedicated staff. Strict rules.Often crowded for PLI ,speedpost services. Banking services are swiftly done. Computerized process. Take appropriate allowance of time with you though to avoid minor hiccups. Located near the community center of sector 6

Worst people, mahinder is not aware about cross country parcel process and given wrong information like he told me to do one packet for 35 kg for speed post but he don’t have weight machine for 35 kg. Also they have only 20 kg machine

Service is very poor here. Token system is there for any services. Only one counter to do all activities like opening and closings of accounts, passbook entry, cash withdrawal and submit.. Timing is 9am to 2pm. Bw this 1pm to 1.30 pm is lunch. What the f.. K unhappy with staff behavior.
