Applied for passport reissue on the 12th of April. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received it. I would strongly advise everyone to not apply for any passport here, at Tezpur POPSK. The entire process (RPO,PV,Speed post) is very slow and it takes ages to get through the process in normal mode.

The Andhaar centre is really very bad! The person don't know how to talk with people. Whenever you visit he will ask you come on the next day and this continues for a long time. Very rude behaviour.

Needs a lot of improvement, firstly with crowd management and somebody for giving tickets according to time slots. Here time slots matter very less, you'll have to take things on your own hand. The office is open till 2 PM generally.
