One of the waste courier service I have noticed. They don't deliver to the customer and they just cancel it by mentioning that the customer is not available or has declined to take the order. We should contact myntra customer care to tell not to use ecom express as their courier service. I just hate it. I have ordered shoes to give it as a gift to my friend, but now its not possible to give.

Truly the most bad courier service I had order from Ajio and the delivery boy just called me while I was busy but just after 4 min I tried to call then it was asking me a pin number which was not given to me and when I tracked my order it shows that customer has refused Very poor service of this Express I don't know but any how I want my parcel

I had ordered a package but they don't deliver the product and in the evening,i got a message that product is undelivered due to unavailable of customer but the true fact is they didn't call me and didn't come my place to deliver parcel.In the next day,when I went to the Ecomexpress office,still they didn't find out my parcel,where it is.Now,you can understand clearly how responsible they are..???Very bad and Ghatia service I had ever in my life.So,i don't recommend anyone to use this courier service.
