The charges are high. The handling of parcels poor. Safer to send iron or papers. Do not sent any electronic stuff as it may becom useless evenif you pack it properly. The consignment takes much charge and time to other states. Better to go for other courier services who mind the health of your parcel at lower rates. The tracking is better.

Courier service is to deliver the courier/package at your home or doorstep. Courier service does not mean customers should go to the office to collect the parcel. What kind of service is this? I will give only zero stars. Also the staffs are very arrogant. They speak as if we are doing service for them. Very arrogantly they ask us to come and collect it from their office. Totally unprofessional behaviour. And their name is professional courier! I'm exploring avenues to file a consumer complaint.
