The worst ever courier service I had seen. They don't want to make call to customer once they received the parcel and mentioned in their website "couldn't locate the address". One more thing that the num provided on their location is always switch off and their customer care also don't want to pick the call .... Recommendations- not to booked any parcel by this courier service 😠😠

Worst courier service in India... They won't deliver your courier door to door.. once your courier reached to there office they will call u n tell u to pick your courier from our office... I faced this problem two times... I live in Azara, Guwahati and they have three or more offices in Guwahati but still they didn't provided me door to door service... They deserve Zero stars... A courier service that does not deliver items but requests the customer to come and take their deliveries. They will deliver only if you make a special request to someone in the office to deliver your things to your address.

Pathetic.. my parcel reached Guwahati on 14may. They didn't even inform me or tried to contact me. After 5 days when the person who sent the parcel called them, they denied delivery saying Beltola is outside city, so they won't deliver.. when i called them myself, they said they would deliver the next day. The delivery location is not their usual location so they need time. But again they didn't deliver it the next day too. So i had to visit them to pick up the parcel myself..

Never using this service again. Customer care service non responsive. Parcel despatched from Delhi on the 1st of july(by flight) still hasn't reached Guwahati after four days. Tried calling the numbers on the website, all of them switched off. You can tell most positive reviewers here are probably TPC employees. Terrible experience. Dont ever use this service.

Took more than 20days to receive my parcel which generally happens within 10 business days and the parcel was in ghy already yet they did not deliver for a week!
