the fraud occur in warehouse.recently i received a fraud product which replace by original very sharply and i sure this happened only in warehouse because from there my parcel movement stopped and when went to lodge complaint they did not lodge because of very silly reason that estimate date is war away. they wait to something will happen . i sure i will go to consumer court against this company i have all proofs myself

Very bad service. Pickup never happen to my address. They scan the products for formality. They don't know if the product cancelled or not. Scan sound is getting for cancelled products too. I request Ecom Express Head Office to develop this Branch and train the people working here. Also please arrange pickup at ' Suman Siddhi Apartment ' regularly.

I got a call to pick up documents today between 8 am to 12 noon. Courier boy called me at 5. 10 pm to come and collect the documents within 30 minutes but it is now 7.21 pm. No one came so far. Very poor quality of service. Don't rely and change to other courier service.
