This couriers service is always late to reach products and some times he not delivere thing and submitted report customer is not available . At first I gonna tell you about my views regarding Ecom express service center Saharsa, which I found during contacting them, while my order from paytm arrived at Saharsa. I called them 15 - 20 times first day, again second day I called them 10 times approax on the no. provided via SMS from ecom express. But didn't connect at all and each time it says that try after some time. Again I searched for a number on its website and Google Map also I got a number but when connected I asked them is it Ecom express?? And they said no,,,, wrong number and disconnected the call. So bro please if you gonna send something from Ecom express Be careful. Thanks.
