There is nothing like rules and regulations...my appointment time was 9.15am...i reached by 8.15 am.. office opened near 9 am...no name was called out..so why govt giving appointment.. haphazard and totally disorder

Work is very slow in office there are no staff only one person is there ..he alone reports documents and also he verify and forwards application of passport.. and there is no sitting facilities and washroom ... It's so poor condition for facilities... Drinking water also not available.. it needs to improve more

This office is still in 2010 era, not accepting the SMS as appointment. They have moved my last name to first name itself by forcefully. I deined, but they were not ready to process my passport only.

POPSK is a nice step. But if passport is required in lesser time then Passport Seva Kendra, Jodhpur is better. The reason is passport applications are collected here on camp basis and take about one week to go to documents submit status. And police enquiry can be done within next week or in 20 days after that. But in PSK (not POPSK), it will be faster.
