I ordered a clothing material online. Few days later i received a call from the DTDC courier asking to come and collect from tirur office which is quite far from my home. When I contacted the tirur office for enquiry, a lady attended the call and the way in which she was talking was rude and uncivilized. I have the call record with the lady. She said dtdc don't have service to my home location and its the responsibility of the customers to enquire about the company's service points before sending something through their courier. She was speaking as if the courier company don't have any responsibility. If you people don't have service to a location, why you people are collecting it from your office, from the SENDER'S side. Apart from paying the courier charges, why should we come and collect from your office and that too kilometers away from home, during this covid times. If you don't have service to a location, don't collect the parcel from the collection point.

Not even ready to give a star.The worst customer treatment.charges are also very high comparing to other courier services. Staffs are behaving so rash they are not even hearing us. I must mention the lady staff who is verry arrogant towards the customers.such kind of staffs will damage the reputation of every offices.Verry disappointing I must say. Will never ever go for their service anymore.

Only their arrogance is worse than their sense of service . had send a courier from bangalore to tirur, and was promised a door to door delivery within 2 days. After 4 days, they call the delivery address which is only less than 4 km from the office and asked my elderly parent to come collect the parcel from their office immediately and if any delays they claimed wont be responsible for the parcel. They were informed that there is no one at the delivery address who can go take the parcel because they are sick and very old to travel to their office and no one to assist them at that moment. and the lady who spoke over the phone was very rude and told them "we cant deliver the courier to this address and its not my responsibility because i wasnt the person who accepted the courier from bangalore" . This serious lack of work sense and poor behavioural skills will make me never use DTDC service again to the same address. They are just horrible and hope DTDC will take action against such staffs if they value their customer.
