PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE !!! They updated failed delivery attempt on their own without even calling me, happened 3 times with single package, called the website through wich i boucht product, they handovered to another courier then delivery was made. This is not the first time they done this to me, it happened 5 to 6 times with me and my friends. Regardless of the address location, when you call them they will simply say that they coudn't find the location so please come and get your package by going to their office. I wish I could give zero stars to them 😡

From last 3 days my parcel is not been delivered and from last 3 days courier company is sending me the message at 9:30 PM that my parcel is not been delivered due to address not recongnize. Its not for the first time that they are doing this mess every single time the blue dart courier company does this.

As per the name nd brand blue dart the service is very poor I never thought that it would be this much disappointing for me though there was a pincode mistake in my parcel it went to naliya instead of bhuj nd than I contacted to the bhuj blue dart courier office they just gave me the number of naliya's blue dart office number nd asked me to call nd asked about my parcel status so what is the work of this office boy work over here in bhuj if they can't help in this small matter nd even after when they got my parcel they just refused to deliver at my address and i have to collect my parcel from there office so is this what for ypu you have started the blue dart courier services that customer had to go at ur office nd nd collect thetheir parcelbe very disappointing from the service.
