Delivery service is not good, they always asks the customers to collect couriers/parcels from their office. Its not good, DTDC team are charging more than the India post couriers, its your responsibility to deliver couriers to respective customer's address. Personally i faced it many times, i went to DTDC office to collect my couriers/parcels.
