Abnormal delay. One parcel from hyd to jrg took 7 days. When they are lazy, they simply post pone delivery by writing DOOR LOCK by themselves. Customer care is useless... When i had complained by mail they themselves declared that the issue was resolved.. No one spoke to me and no reason given for delay. DO NOT USE IT FOR URGENT PARCELS

Doesn't give home delivery. (I suppose dtdc has option of home delivery since every other service providers has..) For small parcels, they say "we can't come there just for 1 parcel" For bigger ones, they say "we dont bring heavy ones"
