I went to send a parcel.the owner asked to get parcel cover from Xerox shop and for packing he is asking 30rs extra.i have couriered multiple times in bangalore DTDC never they asked for extra.i have told him to just pack it in the cover itself where I bought but they are not even doing that as well.till now I didn't even recieve one single parcel to home.they are not taking home delivery.such worst worst place.mannerless idiots
