I really had bad experience. They quote amount 3800+GST for bike transportation from Bangalore to HYD for door to door service. While taking bike they will not take any money and they said that it would be during bike loading. After packing bike they charged additional amount in the name of tracking and insurance. They did not provided any insurance purchased acknowledge. They charged around 1500 rs extra they they quoted once bike moved in their hand. The employees conversation also not profesional. This would be my first and last service with DHL SAFE CARGO Packers and Movers

STAY AWAY FROM THEM..It is misleading name to DHL.....I opted their service to transport two wheeler from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. Initially, They have given quotation of 4000rs . However, They sent final invoice of 4800 after once my vehicle picked up and had to pay as they said they will put my vehicle on hold. It does not end here.They also promised to drop vehicle to home. However, They declined later and had to go their hub which is 10-12 km from my home. I suggest better to go for well know packersmovers though may be bit costlier than this. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THEM..

It is a very bad service. and bad experience.. I booked a house goods in Jammu to Bangalore on March 19 and also booked a car..... They promised me that door to door service but when goods came to Bangalore, the goods were left in the road. That too at night.....😭😭 not only that, there was also a helmet is deficiency in the luggage.... along with the car, I had left 15 liters of petrol in Car.. petrol tank.... But Car was also empty..... and 500 rs demanded to me. After all, I tried to talk to the company manager Mr Devilal..... because they had booked my goods nd Car from Jammu, but they neither picked up the phone nor gave a response.... Worst service...pls don't trust....

Very bad service. Do not use their services. They told me they will deliver my bike at home and thus I paid them 1000 Rs extra compared to other packers for transporting bike from Bangalore to calicut. Now they say they will not deliver at home and I have to pick from godown.

Never use their service ever in your life ! i booked deluivery of consignment from Bangalore to Kerala . They even charged me 10k for one bike and two suitcases for fast delivery ie in 2 days. Its been two weeks no delivery

The worst kind of services offered by this packers and movers. Very unprofessional people arrived at my residence for packing and my personal effects were mishandled. Lots of items got wasted. My high quality leather Sofa is damaged. Fridge was not working, I had to rely on a local mechanic for the same. Indicators of my bike are damaged. One of my packet is missing, containing valuable items. I am in process of claim, The persons named Devi Lal and Mahendra are talking to me in a very unprofessional tone. I am going to lodge complaint against them. Just don't trust them. It's like blackmailing. I wish if could give negative rating. I would have attached pics in support of my argument but there is not any option for the same. These people are very unethical and very very unprofessional.
