Very bad experience They promised to deliver in 3 days and took double the charge to courier my parcel and said will refund the money if not reached on time and will give free shipping. Fake promises made they dint deliver on time and neither refunded the money. Just took double charge . Looting people's money.

Pathetic service! One of the executive called me and told me to collect my courier from their office as they are not delivering at my address. I don't understand one think if u can't deliver parcel why are u guys accepting parcel

Poor service as my courier was reached and as per them they do not deliver to specific areas. They close early too, what is the use of being called professional courier when you can't deliver the courier at delivery address. Whenever i call , there is no response from them.

Bad bad bad bad bad wrost and very bad currier service i ever got in bicholim.and very very irresponsible employee. The service team at Bicholim are careless , dont have manner to talk and never gave any reply to customer. didnt pickup call. very bad employee there. they never deliver at address of delivery. parcel put in his/her office and call customer to pickup from office. very irresponsible service there. A lady there whose sleeping when i called her for my parcel. the cut my call and didnt pickup again.
