I mean, from what I'm saying, the Erumeli ecom service is doing very well. As for the erumeli ecometcom delivery boys, I have not received any of their polite interactions from any other service delivery service.

Worst delivery service in my last 5 years of experience. Erumely hub is not trustworthy. My shipment reached in the hub on 09/09/2021 but they delivered to me on 18/09/2021. The person who is handling the hub;is thinking that all the customers are fool. They are showing in the website that, the product is out for delivery. They will send the message as well but;if we call to that person they will put on hold. After sometime they will mentioned in the website, the customer rescheduled the delivery. (Without the customer permission they are doing all those things). I personally called Ecom express Delhi office for 5 times for the same. After the incident i received my delivery. Again its happened to me that's the reason i am mentioning the same. Pls go through the photos. I will update my current delivery status soon. They started game again..... Today my second order cancelled this worst courier hub. They hold the product for more than 1 week. Without any call or anything to me, they directly cancelled my product. Everyday they sent a message 'your product is out for delivery' after sometimes they will send another message- 'delivery rescheduled as per the customer request'. As a customer i can't entertain more.

Worst experience with erumely ecom express branch...Ecom express is the worst corrier service i have ever seen... They are not delivering the product in the name of covid 19. In my area courier is allowed and all other courier service are delivering here.. only these people are not delivering here.. they are saying this area is containment zone... But actually such a situation is not here.. it is not containment zone.... Other courier is delivering here... I think flipkart should ban them... They are not attending even the calls .

Inefficient staffs and poor customer management. The product was not delivered to me after 1 week of expected delivery and they didn't even contacted once. When i call them by collecting the no.from customer care,they said that they called me but i didn't receive any calls.They also give the explanation that sometimes call may not get connected when called through app. They promised me to deliver the package next day but when i tried to contact them in 2 no.s given to me, they disconnected the call.I didn't receive the package till date which was already prepaid..very poor customer management and behaviour.

This team was no ready do home delivery for my Amazon order as they have to travel 3kms extra from their normal route.After that when I complained about this they updated status delivered without actually delivering it. So I had to complain again to Amazon and ecom about this issue. I got the product atlast after complaining the ecom customer service 2-3 times after 2 days.Even that too not home delivered I went to nearest junction to collect it.

Very bad experience. From jun23 they update the status without contacting me. Everyday they send msg product is out to delivery, contact no and pin. To the next second they send another msg unable to deliver try tmrw. For the last 8 days repeating this. Btwn these days i could contact the delivery person through the no.provided But he was unaware of this delivery item . Very very bad customer care. I think this agency trying to return the product without delivering the items. When could I get my pre paid ordered products?

These guys are best at lying and not delivering things on time. In the past two months, I had four deliveries where the agents wanted me to travel 3+ kms to give me my courier which is supposed to be home delivery from Amazon. Without even calling, they update the status as delivery attempted. I had to escalate to Amazon to get the things delivered. For the order which had to be delivered today (05th Sept 2020), the agent called in the morning and threatened either I go collect or the item would be returned. And, by evening I got the message they attempted the delivery at doorstep, where no one even came. Again, I had to call Amazon for the second time today to get this addressed. If, these guys can be unprofessional with a corporate customer where the relations are governed by signed legal clauses, how can a lay man trust them to send things? Their performance can be rated as PATHETIC, at the best.

Worst delivery in Kerala. If you cannot deliver the products to home why are you taking these orders. A bunch of useless people who can't even deliver to home , they are saying it's not their area. Then why are you accepting these orders to deliver. For taking an order these people made me to travel 5 km. Usually the orders are delivered by the eKart team but I don't know how the product reached to these people. If u can't do it properly jus shut off or give the agency to those who can.

I Had ordered my products.. via Flipkart and the delivery agents were these guys...on the date of delivery i received a call from the local agent about the delivery...but late that day i got a confirmation message that the product was delivered...😮😮 .In reality i had not received any item or package at all....I have registered a complaint again these fraudent people to Flipkart and Ecom express .....The worst delivery agents in Kerala or even India . VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED 😡😡 #Edited -- I finally got refund from Flipkart after 2 weeks of Calling Customer care executives .
