Had to send a passport urgently. They said no one other than some ‘express booking’ courier will take passports. Decided not to trust those courier. The guy at the counter did not know anything about sending packages and had to constantly be on the phone with someone else to give answers to questions. Finally found out that Blue Dart will accept passport as courier. Don’t go there f if you valuable docs or passports to send.

Never thougt such a fastest delivery time .. Safely in just 3 days..of sending two Parcels containing few snacks and kitchen items..for both my daughters settled in US in NJ and OKC from Kochi.. Good Courier Service and offers Services to almost all the Parts. They are Fast but far too Expensive Compared to Professional Couriers or the Indian Post. But the Service Provided is really Awesome. Hence Giving a 4 Star. It's just after the BPCL Petrol Pump when we are coming from the Infopark side and it's on the Left. It's on the First Floor of the Building, The Board is Easily Noticable from a Moving Vehicle.

The service person has no courtsey, and need training in Costomer service. The access to this location is through narrow and dirty stairs. Not good for handicap persons. Better go to the nearest Post office near Thrikkakara municipal office,where you can send Speed Post for half the price, viz. Less than Rs. 2000.
