I have started sending through Indian speed post. Consignment delivered at the address also updated by SMS on delivery.

They don't deliver to any place in Guruvayur. I stay 2 kms away from this office. Eventhough they accept courier for any location, they refuse to deliver. You will be forced to pick it up from this location. With recent flyover construction, good luck finding parking near by

If I can give half start i I would have done it. Irresponsible staff attitude. The shipment I sent returning back after 2 weeks undelivered. And when questioned about it, response is very unprofessional and as if it is all my responsibility to followup. They don't have anything to do on it.
