I stopped using any courier service because of the disgusting service offered by others. They want us to run behind them and beg them. But the service today by ST courier personnel here was excellent. So happy to have such a good service in Ooty at last. Update- getting very expensive to send courier's through ST Courier

Very bad customer care...when called regarding details of tracking and inquiry of when a particular parcel will reach, a person named Vinod says "this is not my work" I had to call him thrice to know what's happening. He is very rude. And only when I said I will complain did he actually give details..he could have given this earlier and this hassle wouldn't have happened. On a side note, late delivery too.

I got a call from this courier @ 10th Nov, they asked me to come and collect, I went evening 07:30 PM, they said Diwali busy so come at 08:00 PM. I am asking if you are busy with Diwali means why you accept parcel. Very worst service. Employees are very bad dealing with customers

They never door deliver . After the courier arrives they call us and ask us to pick it up . As per the personnel working there they deliver only to 643001 & 643002 .
