This place is managed by fraud people who have no sense of responsibility or integrity. I gave a parcel containing medicines to be delivered within the same or the next day atleast and after four days of waiting, I was told that they cannot deliver to the mentioned address. They didn't protest while receiving the parcel and kept the money without informing about the problem so that I could have gone somewhere else as it was urgent. Their contact no.mentioned online is wrong. After somehow managing to get the pH no.no one answered and finally someone informed me about the problem saying it's not possible. Why keep the money and give false hope to the person when you cannot provide the service. Even in the past while someone else sent the parcel to them, rather than delivering to my address, I was asked to pick it up myself. What is the point of your service if i have to do it myself. This is just a money making scheme. They should be held accountable for their actions.
