Disaster service, I'm very ashamed to give even one star, I sent a courier from ottappalam DTDC to palakkad DTDC, they didn't make the delivery and they return back it, they said the reason is "they called four times but the delivery address not answering the call" but the truth is they never called, the person didn't receive a single call from them, I sent it again and I pay for it from the same DTDC in ottappalam, after few days they call me and said the same reason,and they ask money for return charge, total I paid 80+80+return and charges. If you want to deliver something find better choice never go for any DTDC.

It is located near to olavakkode Railway Station... They don't have home delivery facility from olavakkode.. we have to pickup our order from their office directly... Customer service is always good...

The office is a small room in the building to the left side of MES school in Olavakkode. Decent service charges. The owner and staff are friendly and polite. Seems to know their job fine. Only issue is the difficulty to find a safe parking spot when you arrive in a 4-wheeler.

Dont ever go for an international courier. They just do a fail service. They charge you HUGE money and they dont deliver on time. My family sent a courier on dtdc to UK and its been one month- not delivered. No call centre/customer service. I dont know if I’ll ever get my parcel. Pathetic

I had to send some documents to Bangalore on urgent requirement. They did reach the destination next day, but for delivery I had to wait another day. With our requirement and urgency communicated, they took initiative to mail the Bangalore office and also shared contact number of destination. They were forthcoming in their help though we only were enquiring thru Mobile phone and not in person. U guys put our anxiety to rest and also happy to inform that the intended paper work got completed by ur totally safe and timely delivery in the midst of the covid pandemic. Good job guys. Continue the good work. My heartfelt thanks to all ur team members in olavakkod.

Worst service... Don't know how to deal with costumer...Lack of service. Even dtdc express switch off their phones. I lost the money because dtdc express don't delivered the product I ordered and when I cancel the order they don't resent it, so I lost my money. Their phone seems to be switched off all time.
