Very dissatisfied. We book room online and also we paid all due at the time of booking when we reach at the location. There was no room they don't give us room. "They said we give room only to the student. and we have alot of student here. Student have exam tomorrow. Student will get disturb" They don't have room for us, Then we ask for our refund they said "refund will be given through website" We don't any refund also... I lose my 1500 rs. I have not got any refund from website also...... If that hostel was for student then they should not take any booking through online. Rubbish

Very bad service by Oyo. Making the customer to book at low price but when you reach the destination. The manager will asked you to pay atleast 40% more on the booking charge.

Disclaimer: This is not just a review this is a humble request for everyone who is reading this to help file a complaint to close down this place. We booked through OYO and made full payment in advance and the hotel manager denied giving the room. We reconfirmed with OYO about the availability and received confirmation. When we reached out later to the manager stating that we are about to reach and have a critical stage 3 cancer patient with us (which was mentioned many times during the booking and confirmation phase) he said the hotel is closed and no one can get in even when we stated it is a medical emergency.

Zero rating would be good for the hotel..... The manager responded very badly even though I booked and paid my booking, the manager said no room is available. When the Oyo contact with the owner, the owner said room are available here. Then I ask the manager again he refused and said it's upto me ...and no rooms available here...

Amazing place to stay in this home stay.. located few meters away from beltola survey.. the place is awesome no noise of vehicles or crowd . Peaceful environment..clean and comfortable rooms with reasonable price starting from rs 699 .. single and double rooms are also available.. fooding system is also available..we can contact the authority to order what type of dish or how to make the dish as your wish.. stayed two nights here..loved it..friendly environment.. great place to stay
