There’s totally deep negligence and carelessness of the people who are directly involved to deliver quality service to their regular reputed customers. But it seems that the management and VP at Delhi doesn’t wish to resolve the issues arises pertaining to the misplaced partial consignment of their valuable customer and not even One or Two times this is our Third time bitter experience whichever we faced and get disappointed. The higher managerial people ( VP) Delhi told that “it’s very common in the transport sector you have to know, understand as well bear such kind of difficulties” and when we told to issue a debit note to reimbursement of fright for the consignment which is in the subject matter they refused and drop the phone. The VRL people definitely forget that they are in the Service sector and bound with the different laws and rules made for the sake of the business houses who are involved in the business in legal framework.
