No wonder they are so law in ratings as there is very poor management especially by Mr. Sandip who is in charge of Chhatral hub. Less behavioral skills towards clients, No. 1 in cheating and looting clients one way or another and master in playing innocent. They just think that they are always right and others are fool or dumb. In our company, we are processing to boycott and black list VRL for both Inward and outward of shipments just because such practices which became their habit in recent past. e. g. We have received a shipment on to pay door delivery basis but we collected it from their warehouse yet they charged fully including the door delivery charges which suppose to be cut from the total amount payable at the time of booking.
