Very poor service they should change their name from DHL express to DHL bullcart service. From 10 my parcel is new Delhi custom they don't know what paperwork everyday asking one paper my parcel was supposed to reach my place on 16 july but haven't reach 26 july still in new Delhi. Nobody of Dhl know when it will reach my place. If star i would give -5 very poor service. Went to DHL office they said do what you like give the worsen review we don't Care. They are providing very fast delivery across pan india. They also have facility like promised delivery in max 48 hours. But things note that its quite expensive as they are providing very good service and you will also need aadhar card for the recipient person.
