It's the worst courier service I ever seen. They are not taking care of the fragile things which mentioned on label on the product. When I enquired about the mishandling of the product they behaved inappropriate. They are dealing with the customer in wrong way. Atleast try to understand it's your responsibility to take care of things until it's delivered to the designation. And learn how to deal with customers.

They are literally one of the worst in the business . They dont even delivery the products to home. When called upon and asked why they dont deliver , they were like , will you give the money for the petrol charge? So arrogant staffs and even the owner .

Had a great experience with DTDC Areekode. After I filled all the details in their website sitting next near them, they managed to skip the most important line in the address. ie, name of my college. as result of their irresponsibility I lost my 1 lakh Rs scholarship. I contacted them, their response was how I expected it to be. I contacted DTDC enquirer in the website, they registered and complaint and said they'll contact me. guess what ? The never did.
