I had the worst experience from Thrissur DHL service. I spent around 32000 RS for a parcel charge on 29/10/2022 to Melbourne and I received every single thing damaged. I spent almost 8000 Rs for a bunch of photos framed and half of them received broken. Spent more than 25000 for the kitchen items and some of them were gifts and unfortunately every single thing was dented or broken including a gifted photo which I had to throw away as the glass frame was totally broken in to several pieces. I lost definitely more than 75000 Rs in total and made me very shocked. I tried to contact the staff many times sent several voicemails with zero response from them. A lady staff who was on duty on 29 th sent a lot of messages to my husband about payments and stuff prior to order who didn’t even respond after our worst experience even though they seen the messages. They removed all the original packets and dumped everything in to a very low quality card board cover which might cost them roughly 50 Rs or something and didn’t even secured with a bubble wrap. I lost all my money including some gifts to be given to someone and something I received. Staff seemed very unprofessional and money concerned only. Could have given zero star if possible. I am not expecting any response from them as it is clear from the review itself they only responding to positive comments. Worst experience ever.

We had shipped a parcel to Seattle, USA. We just took the things in a bag and the representatives at the centre packed the things neatly in our presence. They were polite,courteous and cooperative.The parcel reached within five days in a perfect condition. I highly appreciate their efforts and would recommend the centre .

Had the worst experience at this place. The staff was rude and unprofessional.They quoted around 1000 rs for a 1kg shipment to Bangalore, and informed that they're not interested in within India deliveries, like it's so beneath them! PLUS, they said that they open all packages they get, to check contents. So, basically, the receiver will be receiving a torn shipment is it? That's a first for me. I mean, in this age of technology, don't they have scanners to check contents!! Plus, a privacy infringement issue! I mean, this is not stone age!
