Worse DTDC service in India...they never bother to call customer about their shipment nor do they deliver. With DTDC it is the duty of the customer to inquire, request and beg for their consignment whereabouts and go from one DTDC office to another to get their consignment. Overall DTDC service is pathetic in India....Consumers should stop using their service.
