Pathetic and unprofessional from DTDC branch at Golden Ave, Sharifpura ,Amritsar. Individual at the booking counter is irresponsible, unresponsive and has a very poor attitude.I don't know how DTDC has given it's brand name to such individuals?? He promised me to ship my cargo to Singapore on 07 June 2022 from India and even after several inquiries never passed me receipt of the shipment and stopped responding to my calls as I had already moved to Singapore and couldn't physically go and enquire.On 13 the June after numerous calls I was sent the receipt of the shipment being done on 10 June..Poor and unprofessional...last time am using DTDC...

Pathetic Service by DTDC Amritsar bus stand. Corrupt people and takes bribe (extra money ) charged for delivery at ur doorstep which is their duty to deliver..a customer who has already paid for courier service ..these people again ask you to pay.. otherwise you have to go n pick up the parcel.. which is 12 kms away from the Cantt.. Many time they have returned my parcel..lot of time done complained ..no action taken..
