Sry for this bad review. This is the third time DTDC nangiarkulangara refused home delivery. Every time they are asking to pickup the product from their office. One of the lady staff was arguing and she was literally rude.she don't know how to talk with the coustomers.she was saying so many excuses and after a long time talk she agreed for home delivery. Delivery boy was polite and well behaved

It's the worst courier i had ever seen charging too much compared to other dtdc here they charge 80 rs per kg the other dtdc rs 50 per kg, if its 3.2 kg you have to pay 4 kg charge rs 320 other dtdc 3.2 just rs 175 only for the 3.5 kg charge

Not a reliable courier company.. Many of their offices don't have door to door delivery, even within a range of 1-3 kms. ( From Haripad to Pallipad either ). Some Staffs are rude, they will say, If you don't pickup from office, we will send back the Parcel . NO COMPANY SHLD USE THIS COURIER FOR ONLINE SALES..PATHETIC...PATHETIC..PATHETIC..Haripad Branch

I have courier a package to karnataka which contains Live Plants. I clearly shows the correct destination address in the package, they sent the package to Gujarat instead of Karnataka. Its been 10 days the package is not delivered yet. This DTDC agent don't know the manners, they said they don't refund. They are not agreeing that its their mistake. Then whose is responsible for this? I talked to their customer care and i didn't get a proper reply so i file the complaint in Consumer court. If i have an option to rate 0 star, i would have definitely put that. People reach this DTDC only because they don't have any other option. Very irresponsible Franchise. I think its the worst in the rest.

Very poor service.. No responsibility to deliver your goods.Not at all responding to calls. It is your good luck if you get your goods delivered.. Wont even wait to let you collect your goods and immediately ship it back to the sender.Avoid at all cost. Had l had an opportunity to give no stars i would have done that.

Worst ever service..The package was never delivered.Very irresponsible people, they never contacted me and send the package back to the consignor which i came to know from tge tracking information,I registered a complaint.Now that the sender had send that over again,they contacted me today asking me to collect it from their office today itself.As I wont be able to collect it today and they are supposed to door deliver, I asked the same and they abruptly cut the call.None of my calls are being answered thereafter and now from the tracking information it is seen that they have send it to Alleppey with false information that I refused to accept it.Why commit to deliver and accept money for the same when you cant do it.Highly irresponsible people!!My parcel has been with the Haripad office for more than a week now.
