These people are scammers… be careful…. Don’t pay anything in advance. My nephew was in this residency. They didn’t return the advance amount…upon asking they will never say no..their reply is always same -will pay soon don’t worry. I felt ashamed of asking them repeatedly. So I quit. They are shameless, they scam students.

Worst hostel in kota ..... Maintainenxe is low so electricity bill comes very high ... My son complained about the house owner that they would often tease him . And some of the photos which they posted are not even the hostel as its their own home .....

After the booking, hotel manager denied for check-in because I paid the amount during booking on OYO app so I called oyo customer service and they talked to the hotel manager and finally he allowed. Manager asked me to deposit Rs 200 as security which was nowhere mentioned in the OYO app while booking. It was really a pathetic experience with the OYO.

The food quality is worst. The behavior of mohit dhanuka is not good. If you pay advance money of rent, than forget it. Even a hostel warden out of two's behavior also not good. The effects of your complaints is not effective here. The washerman's service is not regular,sometimes he comes in 7-10 days. I have one year experience here.

Reasonable rate. *Big size room* with double bed, almost size of double bedroom for single student. More space for study. Parents can stay in this room free of charge. No split AC, window AC which makes noice. Food is Also good. No lift. No D.G. No cycle parking.staff and management is good. Nearer to MRF restaurant/dhaba.
