Contact numbers not available. Worst experience ever. You can chose India post over this Third class Courier service. They don't bother about your complaints and requests. It took 8 days and still I'm unable to track, where actually the parcel is My track id is T14828002 on 22 /sep it shows dispatched from delhi samalkha apex but still not reached srinagar very bad service

Bad move #DTDCIndia #DTDC We had booked this parcel on 10th September and now this parcel is lost... Last we can see is that this parcel has reached Delhi hub and it wae supposed to go Ludhiana.. No office is ready to take the responsibility, no office is giving a proper answer, neither booking office is taking any responsibility nor the Delhi hub people. I have been working with DTDC from last 3 years and have never faced such an issue. This time we are really very disappointed with the service. DTDC India

They have pathetic service. Till date I am waiting for my parcel, which was dispatched from their Kolkata hub on 21st sep. My tracking ID is X79094816. There's nobody at their customer service who is able to resolve this issue. Everyday I am the one who is following up with them and I get the same reply that I should wait for another day.
