Staffs are very unprofessional. I have tried this courier 3 times in last year, every time it was a horrible experience. But last time they have crossed the limits, they lost my courier worth 4000 and now they are taking no responsibility. The worse part is that they do not know the location of my courier. I am depressed now, as the courier was containing a hard disk containing my personal information. if you are from Sitamarhi, definitely do not opt DTDC, better go for Indian post, blue dart or Delhivery.
