Worst hotel ever visited, i would have given it a dislike if available, never book it in Oyo, nor offline , when booked from oyo, they promises to provide AC, Television, Centre table etc, when checked in , it doesn't even provided a attach washroom. They provided nothing except a bed with a dirty bedsheet and two pillow, the room was pathetically small, equipped with neither a chair nor a table with a free guest i.e mosquitoes, And when booked offline , they will unexpectedly a bigger amount for nothing.

Do not Book this hotel & even if you do do not pay on oyo because this website booking .com will book your room through oyo only . I booked the room & made payment for my reservation and after reaching the hotel after waking for 2kms and reaching the place I was not able to find the hotel so I called the hotel then manager asked me have you made the payment I said yes & after listening to my reply manager said I will not provide you with the room just because you made payment on oyo .

Worst hotel ever. I made booking through Oyo. Hotel accepted the booking for a lower cost through Oyo and I did pre payment. However, when I reached the hotel, which is inside a maze in Cuttack, the hotel guys told me they don't have available rooms for the price I have paid. So they asked me to pay extra for another available room which was way out of my budget. When I raised complaint to Oyo, the hotel then showed me another room which was a little less costlier, and I had no choice but to pay them at that time of the night. But this was the first experience in my life when the hotel denied after confirming the booking. Also, when I reached the hotel, first thing they did was accept the check-in. So in that case Oyo guys also did not help me. So anyone who book this hotel please beware. They are very big fraud.

Wrost experience first time in my life, extra amount charges. Do not proper customer service, toilet and bathroom are unclean very poor service plz guys don't visit this resort 😔😔
