I have heard a very very worst update a out the DDTC courier service in Ooty.. You people are never supposed to asked the person to come to yur office and collect the parcel. Also demanding for money to collect the parcel is not a proper way unless the service charge are not paid by the sender. DDTC is supposed to deliver the parcel to the "TO" address. How and what make yu people to ask the receiver of the parcel to come to yur office and collect the parcel? If there is not correct response for this within 2 days it will be posted in all the social media platform and also in local channels.
